Girts Tihomirovs has advised businesses across the Baltic region for over 17 years, providing independent corporate finance counsel spanning M&A, capital raising, business valuation, and financial planning.

His career spans investment banking, private equity, and CFO roles at high-growth technology companies. At Capitalia, he advised 40+ SME clients across valuation, financial forecasting, and buy- and sell-side M&A. At Eko Investors, he sourced and evaluated 100+ investment projects, structuring 12 deals including convertible loans, options, and preferred equity.

As CFO at ASKfm — a social platform with 150+ million global users — Girts managed the due diligence and deal process through its acquisition by US internet company IAC in 2014. He subsequently served as CFO at F3, a social networking platform that raised a $3.9m seed round.

Tihomirovs Advisory was founded on a simple premise: owners and boards deserve senior, independent counsel — not a junior analyst behind a well-known brand.
